 IELTs consist of four components all candidate take the same listening and speaking test there is choice of reading and writing test according to whether a candidate is  taking  the Academic or General training module.

Difference between Academic and General

ACADEMIC.for candidate wishing to study at undergraduate or postgraduate levels and for those seeking professional registration


GENERAL.for candidate wishing to migrate ta an English speaking country(Australia, Canada,new Zealand,UK) and for those wishing to train or study at below degree level.
